INSTRUCTIONS
For the richest flavors (and if you have time), start by marinating the mahi mahi filets in the Melina's Oreganato oil for about 20-25 minutes.

While the mahi filets are marinating, in a small bowl combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and smoked paprika.

After the marinating is finished, either coat each mahi filet with your spice mixture or put the filets in the bowl with the spice mixture until all filets are coated evenly with the mixture.

Warm a small drizzle of the Melina's Oreganato oil in a pan on the stove over medium-high heat and sear the mahi filets for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Our favorite way to enjoy this Mediterranean Mahi Mahi is topped with a fresh tomato salad and over a bed of rice, but no matter what you serve it with, be sure to squeeze a little fresh lime or lemon over the top for a burst of citrus freshness and enjoy!
